From our ISO 9001: 2000 compliant facility in Ashford, Middlesex our multi skilled engineers conduct all repairs in our laboratories, which comply with BS5783. Once the equipment is repaired and has successfully completed our stringent Q&A procedures the equipment is cleaned and PAT tested before carefully packed and wrapped for dispatch to the customer site, either overnight or direct by us.
